My fitness philosophy was wrong.

Define your goal, compare pros versus cons, avoid dogma, disregard charisma, and stay open-minded.

Be specific about what you want, not consistent, in that you think you know what works best for everyone or every situation. Develop a positive mindset. Treat people well and keep learning.

A full explanation will follow soon. I will respond to everyone’s questions and comments that have accumulated too. I just hope to focus on finishing this article beforehand.
